When will I get my order?

Most orders arrive within 5 days of when the order is placed. Good things take time. A lead time of a week is required for maturing of the meat to infuse natural optimum flavour.

Orders received by 10 AM are often processed on the same day.

We ship most orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday a limited number in order to ensure that your meats arrive before the weekend.

What happens if the meat is not cold upon arrival?

If for any reason your delivery arrives warm, we will refund or re-ship your order (which ever option you prefer). In fact, if for any reason at all you are not thrilled with your Woodview products or ordering experience, our Satisfaction Guarantee will cover the cost of making it right. Just contact us and we will take care or it.

So, how does this work?

Woodview meats are SAMIC inspected, vacuum-sealed, and chilled at the time of processing. This preserves maximum freshness until the product is ordered.

All orders are then carefully packed in a Styrofoam cooler container with dry ice and delivery is scheduled to ensure your meat arrives chilled. We use plenty of insulating packing material and dry ice in order to ensure that your meats stay fully chilled during shipment.

When your product is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You should make sure that the f meats are unpacked and put away as soon as possible. Please note that we typically do not ship on Friday due to our products being perishable. If shipped on Friday your frozen meat would remain in a UTI warehouse Saturday and Sunday without any progress towards the shipping destination.

Conditions:

Woodview will not be held responsible for product-quality complaints received after 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
All our products are shipped via couriers and will deliver at the designated recipient address requiring a signature.
All meat products are perishable. It is the purchaser’s choice and responsibility to notify gift recipients of the impending delivery of perishable goods.
We will not be responsible for deliveries that are refused by the recipient within 48 hours of shipping from our facility.
We are not responsible for orders that do not get delivered because of incorrect address entry; nor are we responsible for improper handling of products after they arrive safely.
